We have 16 years of experience in digitizing companies and government sectors.
Patris Company was established in 2008. It owns several great products in the fields of electronic management and human resources, with our famous products being Karama and Leopard.
Our mission and work history
In 2008, we established Patris Company. Proudly, since then, we have developed many innovative products and systems, becoming a trusted partner for hundreds of companies and government institutions in the Kurdistan region and Iraq. Since 2012, we have been striving towards the vision of a paperless world. Our field of work is broad, and from the beginning, we have focused on digitizing business processes and electronic archiving.
How are our products different?
Unlike products from other companies, our systems are developed by several experienced teams with the consultation of experts, based on administrative practices and human resource principles in Kurdistan and Iraq. Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of our systems is tailored to fit the management and administration of the Kurdistan region and Iraq perfectly. Not only do our systems meet all requirements, but they also provide users with full control over everything, allowing them to customize whatever they need, including regulations, guidelines, workflows, reports, and more. Using our systems is very easy, and we offer six months of free technical support to our clients.
Security and privacy with us
We all want the systems we use to be robust and secure. Our products are built on ISO 15408 standards. AES256 encryption is implemented, ensuring no data is visible or compromised. Additionally, our products support 2FA. And there's much more!
Some of the benefits our systems provide to our clients
Our clients have significantly reduced their expenses. For example, they no longer spend much money on purchasing paper. The speed of task completion and error reduction has increased. They have quick access to information and have implemented electronic archiving. Additionally, they have established electronic document transmission, reducing manual delivery and postal services. They have organized the human resources department, managed employees' working hours, and streamlined payroll.
